The Jacobs family opens an Allstate agency in Santa Fe with a simple premise: people should be able to call their insurance agent and have a neighbor pick up. That office at 1547 South St. Francis Drive is still the only one we have.

Outside the office he sits with the Greater Santa Fe Fireshed Coalition, returns each quarter as an insurance commentator on the All Things Real Estate radio show, and has spoken on wildfire protection to the Santa Fe Association of REALTORS. He still picks up his own phone.
